Mr. NJ Ayuk is the CEO of Centurion Law Group, a pan-African law firm with offices in Ghana, Equatorial Guinea, Cameroon, and Mauritius. His expertise includes advising major corporations on investment strategies, the formation of joint ventures and cooperation structures, privatisation, licencing, and related tax issues, in addition to OHADA law, oil and gas, power, the creation of local content, litigation, contract negotiation, governance, and other energy-related issues.

NJ Ayuk key areas of expertise include oil, mining, LNG, and other natural resource projects in Equatorial Guinea, South Sudan, Uganda, Angola, Congo-Brazzaville, Nigeria, Senegal, and other Sub-Saharan African nations that he designs, negotiates, and implements for prominent corporate actors. He has managed and negotiated PSCs, EPSAs, JOAs, concessions, service agreements, oilfield service agreements, and drilling contracts in addition to handling licencing, pipeline, and maritime transportation concerns, including the sale and export of LNG. He has done this in over fifteen African countries.
